Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the Reflectro Affiliate Program. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to comply with these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

1. Program Overview

The Reflectro Affiliate Program allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new paying customers to Reflectro.

1.1 Commission Structure

• Commission Rate: 15% of the subscription payment amount
• Commission Duration: 6 months from the referral's first payment
• Qualifying Payments: All subscription payments (monthly or annual) made by your referrals during the commission period

1.2 How It Works

• You receive a unique referral link upon joining the program
• When someone signs up using your link and subscribes to a paid plan, they become your referral
• You earn 15% commission on their payments for the first 6 months of their subscription
• Commissions are tracked automatically through our affiliate platform

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

2.1 Who Can Join

The affiliate program is open to:

• Content creators, influencers, and educators in the trading/crypto space
• Website owners and bloggers with relevant audiences
• Existing Reflectro users who want to share the platform
• Anyone with an audience interested in trading tools and education

2.2 Application Review

We review all affiliate applications. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. We may consider factors such as audience relevance, content quality, and platform alignment.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payout Method

• Payment Method: PayPal only
• Minimum Threshold: $30 USD
• Payout Schedule: Monthly, on the 15th of each month for the previous month's earnings
• Currency: All payments are made in USD

3.2 Commission Adjustments

Commissions may be adjusted or reversed in the following situations:

• Refunds issued to the referred customer
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Fraudulent or suspicious referrals
• Violations of these Affiliate Terms

3.3 Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on your affiliate earnings. Reflectro does not withhold taxes on affiliate payments. You may be required to provide tax documentation (such as a W-9 for US affiliates) before receiving payments.

4. Promotional Guidelines

4.1 Permitted Activities

• Share your affiliate link on social media, websites, and content platforms
• Create honest reviews and tutorials about Reflectro
• Include your link in relevant email newsletters (with proper consent)
• Discuss your genuine experience using Reflectro

4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• False claims: Making exaggerated or false statements about Reflectro's features, results, or guarantees
• Spam: Sending unsolicited emails, messages, or bulk promotions
• Self-referrals: Using your own affiliate link to sign up for paid services
• Cookie stuffing: Using deceptive methods to set tracking cookies
• Paid ads on brand terms: Bidding on "Reflectro" or similar branded keywords in paid advertising
• Trademark infringement: Creating domains, social accounts, or content that impersonates Reflectro
• Incentivized signups: Offering cash, discounts, or other incentives for using your link (beyond what Reflectro officially offers)
• Misleading disclosures: Failing to disclose your affiliate relationship when required

4.3 Disclosure Requirements

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting Reflectro, in compliance with FTC guidelines and applicable laws. This includes adding statements like "affiliate link" or "I may earn a commission" near your referral links.

5. Referral Attribution

5.1 Cookie Duration

Referrals are tracked using cookies with a 60-day attribution window. If a visitor clicks your affiliate link and subscribes within 60 days, you will be credited for the referral.

5.2 Last-Click Attribution

We use last-click attribution. If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the last affiliate whose link was clicked before subscription will receive credit.

5.3 Attribution Disputes

All attribution decisions made by our tracking system are final. We do not manually override attributions except in cases of documented technical errors.

6. Program Changes and Termination

6.1 Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify commission rates, terms, or any aspect of the affiliate program at any time. We will provide 30 days notice for material changes. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

6.2 Termination by You

You may leave the affiliate program at any time by contacting us. Pending commissions above the payout threshold will be paid on the next scheduled payout date.

6.3 Termination by Us

We may terminate your affiliate account immediately if you:

• Violate these Affiliate Terms or our Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Damage Reflectro's reputation through your promotional activities
• Remain inactive for more than 12 months

Upon termination for cause, all pending commissions may be forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property

You may use Reflectro's name, logo, and approved marketing materials solely for promoting the affiliate program. You may not:

• Modify our logos or branding
• Create content that implies official endorsement or partnership beyond the affiliate relationship
• Register domain names or social media handles containing "Reflectro"

8. Limitation of Liability

Reflectro's total liability to you for any claims arising from the affiliate program shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
